Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We offer free tracked shipping worldwide on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that processing time takes an additional 2-5 business days before your package is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your stationery. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Are your notebooks fountain pen friendly?
Yes! Most of our Tsuki notebooks feature ultra-thick 160gsm paper, which is specifically designed to handle fountain pens, markers, and watercolors without ghosting or bleeding.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
